1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Leverage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Leverage provides a platform to help you understand your patterns, connect tools, and surface insights and opportunities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@globalos.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Service for any fraudulent or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Connected Tools and Data
When you connect third-party tools (e.g., calendar, CRM), you grant us permission to access and process data as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of your data.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights or recommendations are accurate or suitable for your decisions. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater).
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
